How are you doing? I finally made the time to make a post about this beautiful Nina Mihoci turtleneck top, so nice and cozy. As you might have noticed, I have a thing for turtlenecks - and luckily for me they're the IT piece this winter! Nina is a Slovenian fashion designer based in London, you can check out her website where you can do some serious Christmas shopping and you can also follow her on instagram.
Something different again! Meet my boyfriend Žiga - usually he is the one taking pictures but today I asked him if he'd be prepared to turn into a model for two hours and it worked out perfect. I'm so happy about how the photos turned out; I'm kind of a rookie behind the camera. Speaking of "rookie".. I am more than thrilled to tell you about a new shop called Rookie I just started working with! It's based in Gorizia, Italy, where you can get all the cool stuff from their shop, and they're setting up an online store too, so you will be able to order anything you like & it will be delivered right to your doorstep, and for now you can follow them on instagram and facebook.
Ok so the reason behind this post is Žiga's birthday and the backpack he got as a present. He was super excited about it and I needed some practice with my camera so we decided to shoot some photos just for fun. And now I want to share that fun with you; this is the first time I was shooting a male model and it was really not as hard as I thought it'd be!
I really hope you like the photos, please let me know what you think about them so I'll improve my mad photography skills :D
Hello my darlings!
Winter is here and along with it the whole Christmas madness. I am a total advent freak, my Christmas tree is all set up in my living room with the cutest pastel pink and blue decorations hanging down from it; I even made a tiny snow forest out of silver glittery candles! And of course I can't wait of giving and getting gifts for all my family and friends.
Speaking of gifts; this week Daniel Wellington surprised me with an early Christmas present - a beautiful watch. They also sent me a discount code for you guys! With the code nina_may you get 15% off at www.danielwellington.com where you can get the perfect holiday gift for your loved ones or treat yourself a bit ;) And the best part is free worldwide shipping!
Now the outfit - I love the knee boots which are the must-have piece this winter. I got mine at Cocozebra but I'm sure you can get a pair at any shop right now. I mostly like to wear them with a dress or skirt, but you can just as easily wear them with jeans and a warm knit sweater. And finally, so I don't get cold, I grabbed my favorite old winter jacket. Remember; the most important thing is that you feel comfortable in what you're wearing!
If you have any questions regarding purchasing a DW watch or the outfit/makeup please let me know.
