How was your summer? Mine was super dynamic - I moved into a new home, got cats, worked a lot, and had a great time with my friends. But sadly, with all the things going on in Ljubljana, I haven't managed to go to the seaside until last Monday. I cleared my schedule for three days, and drove to Istria with my babe Neža. We had the most amazing time! So relaxing; a lot of beach walks, morning swims, and evening trips. To conclude: exactly what I needed.
Now I'm back home, and work has already hit me hard :D But I really love my job, even when there's so much of it, so thats great! I will be more than happy to hear how your summer was, comment your fav place or event below & let's chat!

So as you may know, I'm not much of a party animal. I really don't go out often, but when I do it's almost always a spontaneous decision. That's why, when I go downtown, I like to dress for every occasion. A little black dress is perfect for a casual, walk through the old part of town outfit, as well as a date night, or an evening out with your friends. To make it shine I love to add some bright colors, for instance a red clutch, and a pair of comfy shoes. COMFY SHOES. That's the most important thing about an outfit - you have to feel good to look good. No height of heels is ever going to make you look better if you're in pain wearing them. So girls, go comfy. You'll thank yourself. Now I'm off to the city, stay tuned at my IG story & come with us on a shooting with my girls!

Today I'd like to briefly address a very popular topic - nudity, sexuality, and body positivity as an aesthetic tool to express yourself. We all know Instagram is full of tan bums and lace bras, and I'm glad it is. As this, on one hand, can be a very bad influence (some may take it as promoting 'perfection', eating disorders, sexualizing women, etc.), on the other hand it is exactly what we need. The 'thick' look which is so popular now in my opinion promotes self love and acceptance, and I think it's great to share that on social media. And not only that trend, there are many others which share the same purpose. What I know for certain is it is ok to love yourself. It is ok to feel comfortable in your own skin no matter your weight or color. We all bleed red, and that's what matters. Because in the end, all that matters is that we aspire to share love, encourage self confidence, and accept our flaws. That is what makes true happiness. Acceptance.
So girls: post photos in your lace bra you feel so good in, share your stories, and DON'T BE AFRAID OF HATE. Hate is a very powerful emotion, and if you choose to take it as such, it can be extremely positive. It can give you motivation to aspire towards sharing positivity even more, so don't mind the 'ew' or 'you should wear a bigger dress to hide that fat', and turn them into love. You choose what words you let in, and which actions define you. Let that be love, acceptance, and positivity.
Take care babes, and go nuts with photos!
On Saturday I had a stroll through the city with a friend of mine. We love to take a day off from time to time, have brunch, and go (window) shopping. And this time we entered a shop which opened quite recently, Urbani Obešalnik. I just couldn't leave! The clothes hanging from the stylish hangers are just ohh, and the whole design of the shop is gorgeous. Anyway, I couldn't get everything so I decided to get this top, and leave some hype for next time. I hope you have a lovely week, and stay tuned for more posts (the ones I've been talking about for ages haha), because we're finally getting a wifi connection at our new home on Friday! YAY!
