I know it's Thursday and I'm supposed to post the "LOOK OF THE WEEK" but sadly I've been sick for a while now so I haven't been able to go outside :(
But still, I decided to share a "look" with you.
I made a summer combo; a lace bra and a long summer skirt (I love the pattern). On top I think I'd wear a black see-through shirt and some big shiny earrings, but a crop top could work just as well.
I love the nude colors, so for my nails I chose Chanel's "Secret" nail polish and my make-up would be really simple as well; black eyeliner and mascara. Oh and by the way, if I had the chance, I would definitely wear this watch.
Hope you love it,
bra and skirt: H&M
nail polish and perfume: Chanel
today I'm wearing a very summer-like outfit. It's a beautiful day and I hope you all have fun, too!
This outfit is a quick look into how my sporty-summer street style looks like. I'm wearing a white oversize shirt and casual jeans with thin blue vertical stripes. I love to wear a big bag as an accessory, and of course, my nikes. But still, it's not quite summer, nor a true spring, so I decided to spice things up with a dark lipstick and wooden earrings.
Hope you like it, text me for tips on how to customize your style so it fits with the season!
SAME-SEX MARRIAGE: "This will be a step towards a truly patient and inclusive society with which Slovenia enters the twenty-first century." -Matej Tasner Vatovec
Today i'm sharing some very positive and important news with you.
Slovenia finally allows same-sex unions. A couple of days ago the Committee on Labour, Family, Social policy and Disability of the National Assembly passed the bill 11 votes to 2 in its second reading. Parliament approved the bill on 3 March by a vote of 51 to 28.

I'm really happy this finally happened. My personal opinion is, that no matter your sex you should be able to spend your life with the one you love. Unfortunately many people are strongly opposing this law, especially because they think gay couples shouldn't have the right to adopt children. I think thats complete nonsense; it doesn't matter if the baby has two moms or dads, if they treat him well and love them unconditionally it's ok with me. But the narrow minded population of Slovenia seem to think otherwise; that a child should live in a "normal" family, meaning being raised by an opposite-sex couple and that's what really bothers me.
Of course not all of the people here are "from the dark ages". More and more open minded and positive people are popping up on the streets and that makes me really happy!
I hope we manage to share our positivity with other people who maybe haven't found it yet and I hope they accept it with their arms wide open. It would really be a great step forward for our country and people.
Anyway, that's my opinion. I hope that you mostly agree with me, but if you don't that's of course ok too!
Here's the link to an article I found on this topic by Marja Novak. It's a short text where she explains a bit more about this new law of ours.
So finally here's the look of the week. I once again chose a casual, easy going city-girl outfit. Since spring is knocking on our door I wore sandals, ripped jeans, a black cotton body with mid-long sleeves and a trench coat. Hope you like it!
