Exactly one year ago I've posted my first outfit. Today was a great day; Nike was sleeping at my place, we had a yummy breakfast - no cake though, sadly (but Nike had an idea to stick a candle in a piece of bread haha). Then, my grandparents came and we all had a nice family lunch. Ok, enough about that - now it's all about my blog.
First, I would like to thank you all for starting this journey with me. In the second place, I want to thank you for walking beside me, supporting me and giving me all kinds of awesome feedback. This really means the world to me, and I hope we can make each other's days even more lovely in the future. As it turned out, starting this blog was a really good call; I always loved fashion, but within the past year I discovered a new passion - blogging. I feel so comfortable right here, at ninastanic.com. I think it's the perfect place for me; I can really express myself - not only as a fashion blogger, but as a photographer, make up artist, stylist, traveller, and many more things as well. I love to connect with people, and every time I see someone visited my blog I get that funny happy feeling in my stomach!
I hope you will keep visiting my page, maybe even show it to your best friends. I would love to see it grow into a fashion-loving community, and a safe place where everyone is welcome to speak their minds
I promise you tons of new posts, collaborations, fun and giveaways. Speaking of; I decided I'll host a giveaway for the first anniversary of my blog! You will find all the details & instructions on my Facebook page.
Again, I would like to thank you all for your love and support, and I hope to spread even more positive energy and kindness. I really want you to know, that I am truly thankful to each and every one of you.
Finally, after a couple of rainy days, I got the chance to shoot this outfit. It was super warm and sunny outside, and my day in general was perfect. In the morning I've invited my friends over for brunch, and then we headed out to take some photos. Later we went to the university and spent the rest of our day making storyboards. To conclude, life would be perfect if everyday would look like today did.
I would like to remind you to keep your style simple. With this post I'll try to show you how a casual outfit & messy hair can look super glam in the street. You can just grab your boyfriend's jacket or hoodie, put on some jeans and stuff all of your things in a huge bag. Once again my advice is to keep it comfy, don't stress so much about what you wear and instead focus on how you wear it. If you feel good, you will look good.
I have another important announcement to make: 70% SALE AT ROOKIE! I dropped by the shop earlier, just to say hi, and now I have a new Obey tee (you'll be seeing it in one of my next posts, I'm sure) :D Go check it out, treat yourself with a new pair of Vans sneakers or a cool shirt to wear in this nice spring weather that's right around the corner.
Jeans: Cheap Monday

Hello my fellow humans, how is your day going so far?
I'm having a great time (apart from the fact that I ate so much I almost died). This are some pictures Ziga took at our flat in Vienna, Austria. I found this gorgeous onesie at Forever21 - actually this is my first onesie ever! I love it so much and now you can imagine what I'll be wearing this summer :D Ok, so this is a really special post. I was feeling super uncomfortable about posting it, but Ziga and my friend Nike convinced me my blog needs a slight change from time to time. Hope you love it!!
Today here's something different again - menswear! I love shooting with Ziga so much, we always have such a great time. The photos were shot in London, near the hotel I told you about in my last post - it's just a stunning neighborhood and I tried to take as many pics as possible haha! Ok so the most common mistake men do at deciding what to wear are the shoes. Many think, that it doesn't matter as long as their hair is in place and they have a huge ugly watch around their wrist. So here are some tips for you guys, because remember: dressing well is a form of good manners.
1. Make sure your shoes are clean (even the laces!). Never wear gym shoes to the city, and most important, walk nice so your pretty shoes don't loose their shape.
2. Please note the difference: boys have swag, and men have style. But there is no reason men shouldn't wear cozy bomber jackets and pants that are a bit baggy. Keep it simple and everything's going to be just fine.
3. Never ever never never ever wear one of those hideous little square man purses you like to hang around your neck or over your shoulder - what are those even for? Buy a nice handbag instead (ZARA has loads).
Ok so these are in my opinion the three most important rules, so if you stick to them I think you should look super hot!
Žiga is wearing a ZARA bomber jacket, VANS shoes and a OBEY shirt - you can get that at Rookie (along with some other amazing stuff, you should really check it out).
Hey, how are you my darlings?
I am sitting in a beautiful flat in Vienna, and recovering from all of the walking around and sightseeing in London. Finally, I managed to gather enough energy for this post :D The photos were shot right in front of the hotel we were staying at our last night - the neighborhood is just stunning! There will be a post with Ziga from this area soon, too.
I'm wearing a lovely Zara coat/cardigan, a H&M dress and bag, and the same shoes again haha, I was flying with Ryanair, so my luggage was extremely limited.
Hope you love it & there's more coming soon!
