Lepo je, da smo urejeni in modno oblečeni, da na vekah nosimo svoje najljubše senčilo in ga zvečer vestno odstranjamo s kvalitetnimi izdelki. Today I'd like to share a simple hack for a happy life with you. I've been practicing it for almost a year now, and it's amazing! Every day, before you go to sleep, write down 3 good things that happened that day. From the nice chat you had with the lady at the bakery, to the way your coffee smelled in the morning. Write down every little thing that made you smile, and pay attention to detail.
Here are 3 good things that happened to me yesterday:
1. I had brunch at my favorite place, and I met an old friend there, having a late breakfast. It was so nice to see him, and to hear all is well.
2. My boyfriend and I took a walk through the city, and the air felt so fresh and calming.
3. I shot this outfit and I had so much fun! The photos taken in the sun were so pleasant to take - I could feel the warmth of the autumn sun on my face, and it made me feel complete, in harmony with myself and my surroundings (cheesy as that sounds).
I hope you try this out. Write down 3 good things every day, and I promise you - you will find happiness in the little things. I've got to run now, I have to catch my appointment at the dentist (yes, again...). But hopefully it's the last time this year! Yay!
