So as you might have seen on my Instagram, I've been to Budapest (for the first time!!). It was a great trip, I'll tell you all about it in a post later this week! But as much as I love to travel, at this time it means A LOT of stress for me. I'm not able to stick to my diet plan, or keep up with my daily routines (which are extremely important for my recovery at this point). So regarding food this week was terrible - mostly takeaway from local bakeries, one time I even had a salad and salmon sandwich for lunch (at least some greens!). Workouts were kind of ok, we walked a lot in Budapest, and I managed to go to Alfa gym 2 times this week. Tomorrow I'm having a morning training with Carmen, and then I hope I'll find the time to go for a quick hike somewhere near Ljubjlana.
To conclude: a pretty good week. Except food. Food was ***t. But that's ok, I'm home now so I'll be back on track in no time (:
