First let me apologize for the late post. I've been super busy, and on Sunday we've had a family lunch at Žiga's place (tomorrow is his birthday!!). I have to say, week 4 was great! I was super active, I followed my doctor's diet quite well, and I was feeling really good in general. I think I'm starting to see results on my body already - not to mention how much better I'm feeling.
And as it turns out, I'm not the only one who is seeing all my work and dedication starting to pay off! The Alfa Gym Fitness Studio team is also helping me a lot. My trainer, Carmen, got an idea; a collaboration between ninastanic.com and Alfa Gym, so we sat down over a cup of coffee and came up with some pretty awesome ideas and plans. You ARE worth the change, and you CAN do it. There's not a thing in the world that can stop you when you set a goal and give it your best. It's ok not to be perfect, it's ok to have bad days, it's ok to fail sometimes. In fact, you don't fail when you get back up; you learn a lesson. The only thing that matters is your mindset, how focused and dedicated you are to reach your goals, and how determined and positive you are about overcoming obstacles on your way there. Believe in yourself, and know that a lot of other people do, too.
