Hello my darlings!
I made a promise to myself last Sunday, and this week was indeed much better. I worked out 5 out of 7 days, some days even twice! My food intake is still the biggest problem. I either eat too much, or not enough; it's driving me insane. But I know, "baby steps".. I am making progress, and that's all that matters.
As someone wise once said - it doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop.
Ok so last week I made a checklist of daily chores I'd like to do. Here's how many times I actually did them (that's a little embarrassing, but still - here you go):
THIS WEEK'S FAVORITES
1/2 banana, 1cup blueberries, 120g peach yogurt, 1/2cup oatmeal, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
So that's it for this week, I'm sure the next one will be even better. On Tuesday I'm seeing a new doctor, who'll help me with my diet. I'm so excited about that, I hope all goes well. Although my mood swings are stunningly stubborn, I do my best to keep them at bay and keep on getting better.
