I know summer is right around the corner now, and we're all actively (although completely unfounded) worrying about our "beach bodies". Today's insane society standards are sadly making us think less of ourselves, and as a result we are (consciously or unconsciously) constantly stressing about our appearance. Before I start I'd like to say that this post is meant only to help you eat more healthy, I do not promote nor encourage dieting at all!
So here are my favorite five superfoods - I will tell you all about them, and also show you 5 easy swaps you can make to effortlessly and in a healthy way loose that annoying belly fat :D

There are loads of other fruits, veggies, seeds, etc., for instance mango, aronia, passion fruit, all kinds of nuts, eggs, greek yogurt, kale, swiss chard, bok choy,... Hello dear reader!
First, let me tell you how happy I am you are reading this! Based on the survey answers you guys submitted I created this section. Here you will be reading about food, fitness, DIY beauty products, makeup, and everything else in this orbit. Because this is an introduction post I would like to share with you something that is a part of my everyday routine. YOGA! I just did a fun collaboration with Sonia for her blog (you can check it out here, she also has some amazing content!), and I decided to share it on my blog, too. I think it's a nice way to start posting on this new section, don't you?
As I said, I do yoga almost every day. It helps me stay focused and energized through the day, or relaxes me in the evening so bedtime is even more soothing after a long day! Sometimes I only do breathing exercises, on other days I do a full 1.5h routine, and some days it's just a Sun Salutation in the morning. Today Sonia and I are going to show you our favorite eight poses; mostly they are beginner poses, and two of them are a bit harder - but who doesn't love a challenge, right!?
