V rubriki 'Okolje in Čuječnost' domujejo članki o tem, kako ustvariti prijeten bivalni prostor in okolje na sploh. Kaj so tiste stvari, ki nas dvigujejo in kaj tiste, ki nas dušijo. Vse, kar nas obdaja je odraz naše notranjosti, in naša notranjost je odraz vsega, kar nas obdaja. Čuječnost nam pomaga ohranjati lahkotnost življenja.
I recieved quite a couple of questions wether there's going to be a post about our trip to Zagreb on my blog. And of course the answer is yes! Last week my boyfriend and I celebrated our four year anniversary, so he decided it's time for a two-day getaway to a lovely city just across the border. He found this amazing apartment on Airbnb, and planned the whole thing out (yes I know, he is the best boyfriend ever). Our host was really nice, and the flat was so nice I never wanted to leave! It's a loft right in the city center - when you step outside you find yourself at one of the main streets in Zagreb, Ilica, where all the super cute cafes and shops are. We really had a lovely time, we even shot a night outfit for Žiga's blog (I think it's going to be up soon!). We even found the best place to have brunch - it's called Kava Tava, and it's a must if you're visiting Zagreb!
Ok so I decided to make a post about our apartment (who would have thougt, right?). The interior design is quite simple, Ikea mostly, but it's the wooden beams that really create that warm, cozy vibe. The kitchen is super useful (dishwasher, fridge, oven, and all kinds of gadgets you need), the bathroom is also great (a really nice shower - very minimalistic), the bedroom is heaven, the living area - I don't even have a comment, it's perfect, and the highlight; the nice hang-out gallery upstairs. The whole loft is filled with natural light from lots of windows with amazing views over the city!
We are definitely coming back there for a longer stay when we have time. But for now (today uni has started) we have tons of work. Yesterday Žiga moved back to Gorizia, but I'm staying in Ljubljana this year (I'll be driving to the academy a couple of times a week), because I have a lot of stuff to handle here. Anyway, I'm so happy about the direction my life is heading right now, and I can't wait to share more lovely experiences like this with you!
Have a lovely Monday!
