Sorry I'm late with this post, I had to prepare everything for my trip to Barcelona. I'm leaving tomorrow & staying for a week - this is my first "real vacation" in my time of recovery, and I'm super excited, but scared AF at the same time. Leaving base camp for a week means changing my routine and food intake completely. Luckily we found a cute AirBnb studio, so we can cook every day (but I will still try to eat out often! I'll keep in touch on Instagram all week long!
Now it's finally warm enough for me to move the workouts outside. YAY! As you've probably seen on my IG story, I've been out and about quite a lot this week. So now here's a workout you can do anywhere & anytime! Next week there is going to be a one-week workout post break, but I will still write a post about some lovely spring activities you can engage in. ♡
