Hey my darlings!
The first week is over, and I'm so looking forward to the next one! Sadly I got sick on Wednesday, so I couldn't workout as much as I planned, but I still completed three out of the six workouts I had planned. Im feeling a little better now, but I still won't be able to work out for at least two days. So lucky we filmed the Week 2 workout routine already before I caught the flue!
I was so happy when I saw how many of you worked out with me! I got some screenshots, photos, and Instagram stories - you are awesome!! Now here's the video for Week 2, and of course, the workout plan for you to download. I'll keep you posted on Instagram, and as soon as I can run around again you'll be the first to know!
