I hope your weekend is going well. Sadly I'm not feeling so good today and am staying in, but at least I've got plenty of time to experiment in the kitchen. I decided to share a brunch idea with you - it's a super nutritious meal, and it tastes so good! You can regulate the portions to taste, and here are the ingredients:
Avocado is high in healthy fats, which is essential to a good diet. The eggs add protein, which is also a must-eat every day. Protein aids muscle growth and regeneration, take them as "food for the muscles". Veggies add fiber to the meal, which is very good for digestion, and the seasoning is altogether great. This is a balanced, healthy meal. I'm not a nutritionist, but I'm sure they would all say the same: a balanced diet is the best diet. Eat what you want, whenever you want. Listen to your body, it knows best.
