To be honest, my three-month project had somewhat of a wacky start. Although I am doing my best, I keep getting sick (I guess it's the change of weather and temperature), but I think my "cold & flu season" is over now, and I can flip the ON switch and get back on track!
Frankly, I've disappointed myself quite a lot this week. I've been full of excuses, and my discipline went somewhere nice I guess, because it sure wasn't here with me. So my plan for this week is to complete these chores every day:
I'm looking forward to a new week, and to the challenges it brings along - there is no more room for fear and excuses, nor for the mood swings and overeating (and then feeling sorry for myself haha).
